Compensation: The anticipated hourly wage for this position is between $17.00 and $19.00, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional tips can average $2-$3 per hour.

Work Schedule: This is a full-time position requiring 32-40 hours per week, with weekend availability essential.

  • Oversee the production and preparation of a diverse range of standard and custom baked goods following established recipes.
  • Efficiently mix, bake, assemble, decorate, and inscribe products as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety standards in the preparation, handling, and storage of food items.
  • Operate and maintain all bakery equipment effectively.
