Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to maintain the working condition of our plant facilities and production equipment during assigned shifts. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing scheduled maintenance activities, completing repairs and adjustments as reported by plant operators, and following the direction of the Maintenance Manager and/or Plant Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the working condition of plant facilities and production equipment
- Perform scheduled maintenance activities and complete repairs as needed
- Follow the direction of the Maintenance Manager and/or Plant Manager
- Collaborate with plant operators to identify and address maintenance needs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 3 days one week and 4 days the following week
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Competitive hourly rate of $40.00 based on experience
