Job Title:
Client Support Communication Associate

Our team at Rocket Mortgage is looking for a Client Support Communication Associate to become a part of our inbound call center. This position entails delivering exceptional client assistance on various servicing issues, including payments, escrow, and general loan servicing. As a member of our team, you will undergo thorough training to bolster your skills and knowledge in servicing communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess client interactions to uncover trends and improve the client experience
  • Provide timely and high-quality support to clients
  • Adjust swiftly to changes in processes and training
  • Communicate efficiently with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Offer solutions to client inquiries and accurately document interactions
  • Ensure outstanding customer service and resolution of client needs
  • Collaborate with various servicing teams to resolve client issues
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve one-call resolutions
  • Manage fee collection and recovery as necessary within the servicing lifecycle
Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience as a client service representative
  • 1 year of experience in a call center environment
  • Understanding of the mortgage servicing sector
  • Familiarity with internal platforms
