Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Coach to join our team at Leander Independent School District. As an Instructional Coach, you will play a critical role in supporting teachers and staff in implementing effective instructional strategies and improving student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide coaching and professional development to teachers and staff on best practices in instructional design and delivery.
  • Collaborate with school administrators and teachers to develop and implement school-wide instructional plans.
  • Conduct observations and provide feedback to teachers on instructional practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with teachers, staff, and administrators to build trust and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices in education and instructional design, and share knowledge with teachers and staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in instructional coaching or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design and delivery principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
