The Direct Support Professional 2 will assist clients with daily routines, provide personal care, and engage them in activities that promote independence and well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily routines, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide personal care, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring
  • Engage clients in activities that promote independence and well-being, such as walking, reading, games, and computer projects
  • Redirect behaviors with various activities and strategies
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • CPR/First Aid certification
  • CPI certification
  • DSP 1 & 2 certification
  • 1 year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Valid in-state driver's license
Work Environment:

This position will be based at one location, with occasional travel to other sites as needed. The work environment will be fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing high-quality support to clients.
