Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Seafood Associate to join our team. As a Seafood Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality products. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving deliveries, breaking down loads, and rotating cooler stock. You will also be responsible for weighing, pricing, and labeling products, as well as preparing valued-added products and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and process deliveries in a timely and efficient manner
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to sanitation and food safety standards
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory levels and sales data
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

* Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
* Must be able to read, communicate, and understand company policies and safety regulations
* Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
