About the Role

The Breakfast Cook at Snooze is responsible for preparing high-quality food items with precision and care. This role requires a strong understanding of menu items, recipes, and plating guidelines to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare a variety of food items using knives, electric mixers, immersion blenders, food processors, scales, and portion bags.
  • Prepare foods for service using ovens, gas stoves, griddles, and broilers.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work station and working area.
  • Handle all products properly in accordance with Health Department standards and Snooze guidelines.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry.
  • 6 months experience in a high-volume restaurant setting preferred.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with management staff.
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
  • At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US.
