Job Title: Saw Operator

We are seeking a skilled Saw Operator to join our team at Custom Marine in Neenah, WI. As a Saw Operator, you will be responsible for accurately cutting and sawing mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum raw materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cutting and sawing raw materials to precise specifications
  • Reading blueprints and department work instructions to ensure accurate cuts
  • Operating punch press and other manual and semi-automated equipment
  • Examining and measuring materials to verify conformance to specifications
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances
  • Basic machine operating skills on manual and semi-automated equipment
  • High mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work independently or as a team
  • Adaptable to fast-paced environment
