Saw Operator

Custom Marine is seeking a skilled Saw Operator to join our team in Neenah, WI. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for accurately cutting and fabricating metal components using a variety of saws and equipment.

1. Cut and fabricate metal components using saws, shears, and other equipment.
2. Read and interpret blueprints, department work instructions, and other documentation to ensure accurate cutting and fabrication.
3. Operate punch presses and other machinery as needed.
4. Examine and measure materials to ensure conformance to specifications.
5. Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
6. Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.

1. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other documentation.
2. Experience with saws, shears, and other metal fabrication equipment.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
4. Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
