Join Aileron Management, a dynamic hospitality company, as a Part-time Houseperson at the Holiday Inn Express Hilton Head Island. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will provide exceptional service to our guests and contribute to the overall success of our hotel.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to assist with various tasks, including cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, preparing and serving breakfast, and performing light groundskeeping duties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and a strong work ethic.

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
• Prepare and serve breakfast, including setting up food and beverage stations and replenishing supplies
• Perform light groundskeeping duties, such as watering plants and sweeping walkways
• Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with laundry and linen duties, including sorting, washing, and folding

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Hotel experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work weekends and holidays

• Competitive hourly rate: $15.00/hour based on experience
