Tax Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Advisor to join our team at H&R Block. As a Tax Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing expert tax guidance and support to our clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their tax needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Conduct tax interviews and prepare tax returns with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide tax planning and audit support to clients, ensuring they are in compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Identify opportunities to sell additional products and services to clients, driving business growth and increasing client retention.
• Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations, ensuring you are equipped to provide expert guidance to clients.

• 5+ years of tax experience, with a strong background in individual tax returns and tax planning.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients in person and virtually, using video conferencing and chat tools.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, supportive environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent.
• Must complete continuing education requirements and meet all other IRS and applicable state requirements.
