Tax Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Advisor to join our team at H&R Block. As a Tax Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing expert tax guidance to our clients, helping them navigate complex tax laws and regulations.

• Provide tax preparation, tax audit support, and tax planning services to clients year-round
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique tax needs and goals
• Conduct tax interviews face-to-face and through virtual tools, ensuring clients feel confident and informed
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations, ensuring clients receive the best possible advice

• 5+ years of tax experience, with a strong background in individual tax returns and tax planning
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, both in person and virtually
• Comfort working with virtual tools, such as video conferencing and chat
• Experience working in a fast-paced, supportive environment
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent
