Job Overview: We are in search of a skilled and creative Chef to join our platform as a full-time employee. As a Chef, your responsibilities will include menu planning, food preparation, grocery shopping, and post-cooking cleanup at the client's location.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated experience in preparing both South Indian and North Indian family-style meals. Create and implement innovative, seasonally inspired menus that showcase your culinary strengths.
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to recipe standards.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control measures to enhance food quality and minimize waste.
  • Maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with platform owners to develop new recipes, techniques, and concepts that enhance our menu offerings.
  • Ensure kitchen hygiene and sanitation standards are upheld to guarantee food safety and cleanliness.
  • Manage client appointments and interactions to provide an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Chef in restaurants or as a home cook.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institute is preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

  • Proficiency in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control principles.
