Nurse Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Manager to oversee the nursing services at our two Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) locations in Manhattan and Downtown Brooklyn. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and supervising nursing staff to provide high-quality care to our clients.
">Responsibilities:
- Provide direct clinical and administrative oversight of program nurses.
- Coordinate care between ADHC program and clients' primary care providers.
- Ensure adequate nursing coverage across program locations.
- Monitor program compliance and quality assurance.
- Participate in agency-wide continuous quality improvement activities.
- Lead the development and evaluation of individual and group level nursing interventions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required; master's degree in nursing or healthcare administration preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Experience or sensitivity to working with individuals or families who have issues of mental illness, substance use, homelessness, or HIV/AIDS.
