Position Overview:
As a vital member of our team, the Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for all occupants.

Work Schedule:
Shifts available: Tuesday-Saturday 6am-2:30pm & Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of campus facilities.
  • Sanitize and replenish supplies in restrooms and common areas.
  • Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, and periodic polishing.
  • Handle carpet cleaning and spot treatment as needed.
  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures to ensure a clean appearance.
  • Manage waste disposal and maintain cleanliness of trash receptacles.
  • Assist in the preparation of student accommodations during seasonal transitions.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license is preferred.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Capability to navigate stairs and stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to perform various physical activities including bending, reaching, and kneeling.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Employment Requirements:
Successful candidates must pass a drug screening and background check.

$15.00 per hour
