Position Overview:
The MEP Project Manager is tasked with the comprehensive oversight of MEP engineering initiatives, ensuring precision, punctuality, and adherence to regulatory standards in engineering planning and design. This role is pivotal in upholding the project management processes for our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in internal discussions to ascertain client requirements and project parameters.
- Introduce team members to clients, clarifying roles and responsibilities.
- Collaborate with architects and team members to streamline project execution.
- Strategically plan team assignments, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Establish milestones for team deliverables.
- Conduct job reviews and prepare project documentation.
- Coordinate with survey teams and architects to ensure alignment.
- Assess MEP designs in AutoCAD for project tracking and management.
- Distribute checklists to clients and gather necessary information from architects.
- Participate in client conference calls and lead focused project meetings.
- Maintain a detailed task list using internal project management software.
- Utilize ERP systems for effective project management and monitoring.
- Regularly review project budgets and ensure compliance with deadlines.
- Guarantee accuracy and scope before project handover.
- Deliver project documentation to clients and manage change agreements.

Qualifications:
- An ABET-accredited degree in Architectural Engineering with a focus on Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
- A minimum of five years of project management experience within an MEP/FP engineering firm or a national retail or construction engineering company.
- Proficiency in MEP systems and Revit/CAD software.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently upon receiving client information.
