We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team and contribute to the rehabilitation of patients who have experienced a loss of function due to injury or illness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create specialized treatment plans to help patients achieve maximum recovery through exercise and/or the use of prosthetic and orthotic devices.
  • Communicate Patient Progress: Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisors and other team members, and instruct patient's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs.
  • Document Patient Care: Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements.
  • Maintain Equipment and Work Area: Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.
  • Compliance and Quality: Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the standards of the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, appropriate professional standards, and applicable state/federal laws.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Licensure: Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
  • Certification: Current CPR certification.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills.
