Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Maintenance Manager to join our team at AMC Theatres. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing all facility-related maintenance programs and procedures to ensure our theatres meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure timely and effective maintenance of all building systems and equipment.
  • Oversee and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating personnel.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address any maintenance or repair issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance and repair work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and repair projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to maintenance and repair.
Requirements
  • 6 months of supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry it up to 90 feet.
  • Standing, walking, lifting, twisting, and bending on a frequent basis.
