  • Conduct thorough inspections of designated areas to ensure cleanliness and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
  • Perform cleaning duties in various settings, including patient rooms, public spaces, and offices, adhering to established protocols.
  • Manage waste disposal in all assigned locations.
  • Restock essential supplies such as paper products and soap to maintain adequate inventory.
  • Prepare patient discharge rooms and on-call areas by making beds according to cleaning standards.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment in good working order and communicate any issues to the supervisor.
  • Assist in moving furniture and equipment as required.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.

Physical Requirements:
The physical demands necessary for this role include:

  • Ability to perform cleaning tasks, including mopping, bending, and operating various cleaning equipment.
  • Compliance with Department of Labor's Heavy Duty Standard.
  • Capability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods.

Working Environment:
This position may involve exposure to various health and safety risks, including:

  • Frequent contact with cleaning chemicals and potential exposure to communicable diseases.

Skills and Qualifications:
Successful candidates will possess:
