Clinical Neuromonitoring Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Neuromonitoring Specialist to join our team at Edwards Consulting Group. This individual will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in intraoperative monitoring (IOM) and be confident in monitoring multi-modalities such as surgical spine procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of surgical spine procedures, the effects of anesthesia on neuromonitoring, and intraoperative warning criteria. Experience in monitoring other neurosurgical procedures is also beneficial. The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to logically troubleshoot monitoring equipment, networking issues, and physiologic and non-physiologic artifacts.
A clinically scientific mind, positive attitude, and caring touch are essential for this role. The candidate will meet patients and family members pre-operatively, walk them through the process, and answer questions in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements for this position include: Certified Neurophysiologist Technician (CNIM), a minimum of 2 years' experience in IOM, BLS Certification, and a valid driver's license.
Preferred qualifications include: CNIM certification, a Bachelor's degree, and additional years of experience in IOM.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health, vision, and dental insurance, a relocation package, and continuing education opportunities.
