We are seeking a compassionate and experienced LPN to join our team as a Charge Nurse at Norfolk Health & Rehabilitation Center. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and provide direct patient care in accordance with state, federal, and MFA guidelines.
- Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance with state and federal regulations and MFA nursing policy and procedures.
- Write weekly/monthly summaries of patients' status, abilities, and address problems identified in the patient care plan for RN review.
- Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- One (1) year of previous nursing experience preferred. New Grads welcome to apply.
