LPN Nursing Home Caregiver

At Faith Regional Health Services, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of the registered nurse (RN) to provide nursing care in accordance with departmental and facility policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the RN with assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with departmental and facility policies and procedures.
- Document resident care, including interventions, outcomes, and resident/family education.
- Collaborate with physicians and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide continuity of care.
Requirements:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or temporary from the State of Nebraska.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) obtained within one full month from date of hire.
- Previous clinical experience preferred.
