Responsibilities- Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk during the overnight shift, handling guest registrations, making reservations, and preparing daily reports.
- Financial Management: Balance transactions, conduct security walks, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with other hotel staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, and management.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the overnight shift, including guest complaints and technical issues.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
- Experience: At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
- Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
