Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Peri-operative team at HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital. As a CVOR RN, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional intra-operative care to patients based on their individual needs
  • Assess and monitor patients' medical status while in the OR
  • Communicate effectively with patients, teammates, and physicians to ensure continuity of care
  • Ensure the Operating Room is prepared with necessary supplies, implants, instrumentation, and equipment
  • Review charts for completeness, in accordance with documentation protocols
Requirements
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent RN Open Heart Surgical Services experience
  • 1 year of RN experience in an Acute Care environment preferred
  • BSN is preferred
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA Healthcare provider) required
  • CNOR preferred
