Key Responsibilities
  • Design, deploy, configure, secure, monitor, and manage various cloud-based infrastructure components across multiple cloud providers.
  • Install, configure, secure, upgrade, and maintain diverse operating systems in compliance with relevant policies.
  • Manage enterprise-class web analytics platforms utilizing technologies such as PHP, MySQL, and Apache.
  • Troubleshoot, document, and resolve complex system, network, and database issues.
  • Conduct regular system health checks and backups.
  • Evaluate and implement application and operating system security patches while maintaining detailed logs of system issues.
  • Maintain hardware and software inventory and oversee software releases and upgrades.
  • Create and manage user accounts and access control adhering to least privilege principles.
  • Document all necessary actions to achieve and maintain full Authority To Operate (ATO) system accreditation.
  • Submit requirements for infrastructure provisioning to be fulfilled by the designated contractor.
Qualifications
  • Over 10 years of relevant experience in the field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in LINUX operating systems.
  • Experience in Windows Administration, including:
    • Active Directory management.
    • Hardening Windows instances per established guidelines.
    • PowerShell and Bash scripting.
    • Group Policy management.
    • User and Group management.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or cloud architecture, including:
    • Amazon EC2 and S3 management.
    • AWS Lambda and CloudWatch.
    • Management of Security Groups and Subnets.
    • AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Clearance Requirement
  • TS/SCI clearance is required.
