Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and dynamic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a Registered Nurse at Civita Care Center at Milford, you'll be responsible for ensuring the delivery of effective, high-quality nursing care, collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans, and implementing care plans with a resident-centered focus.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the delivery of effective, high-quality nursing care
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans
  • Implement care plans with a resident-centered focus
  • Utilize available resources for counseling and discharge planning
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to adjust care plans based on changing needs
  • On call one weekend a month
  • Flexible to meet department needs and help with admissions
Qualifications
  • Possession of a valid unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
  • Current CPR certification
