The estimated annual salary for this role is $63,117 - $102,144, depending on experience. This amount includes base pay and shift differentials.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced RN Fellow to join our medical surgical - cardiac telemetry - clinical decision unit - float pool unit fellowship program at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care while developing your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Provide direct patient care to patients on the medical surgical - cardiac telemetry - clinical decision unit - float pool unit.">
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.">
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.">
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.">
  • Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and hospital policies.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current Oregon Registered Nurse License.">
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.">
  • At least one year of experience as a registered nurse.">
  • A strong commitment to providing excellent patient care.">
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.">
