Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Occupational Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting students' academic, developmental, and social-emotional growth by providing individualized therapy services within a school setting.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess student needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to address students' occupational performance challenges in areas such as fine motor skills, sensory processing, daily living activities, and cognitive function.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student care.
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience providing occupational therapy services in a school setting preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of child development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
