Job Summary

Asbury Communities is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program and experience in administering occupational therapy screenings, evaluations, and treatments.

The Occupational Therapist will conduct initial and ongoing evaluations for new admissions and referred residents, develop a plan of care with goals, prognosis, and discharge planning, and provide treatment using current techniques. The successful candidate will also supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and accurately complete daily billing and document resident progress in Optima HCS.
