Role Overview:
The Performance Assurance Specialist will play a crucial role in executing Modular's Performance Assurance (PA) process. This includes coordinating resources, gathering data, conducting analysis, and reporting findings based on expertise in Production Scheduling and Optimization, Mining Equipment and Operation Cost Evaluation, and Haulage Production Planning, Simulation, and Analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with customers to assess product status and usage, identifying opportunities for improvement to optimize system utilization and ensure quality and value delivery.
2. Develop, monitor, and report on customer enhancement plans utilizing knowledge in Production Scheduling and Optimization, Mining Equipment and Operation Cost Evaluation, and Haulage Production Planning, Simulation, and Analysis.
3. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Modular products, including current issues, and conduct regular reviews of customer logs with necessary resources.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Mining Engineering or a foreign equivalent is required.
