Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Modernization Assistant Project Manager to support the T4/T5 Modernization Program in Los Angeles, CA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the scope, cost, schedule, and operational interfaces of all design and construction related activities for the T4/T5 Modernization Program. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the T4/T5 Modernization PM in managing the project scope, budget, and schedule
  • Ensuring that construction work meets the required quality standards and enforcing a strong health, safety, and environmental culture on the project
  • Developing and implementing design, construction, testing, commissioning, and turnover plans
  • Coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring LAWA standards are adhered to

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or other related technical field
  • 5 years or more experience in airport projects, preferably with projects over $10 million in value
  • Experience with various delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR, and Design/Build
  • Proven ability to perform in a management capacity
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations

CMTS LLC offers a competitive salary of $62.00 per hour, bonus pay opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package, including 100% company-paid medical, dental, vision, 401k, life, and long-term disability insurance coverage.
