Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Oncology Specialist or Acute Care Practitioner to join our team at KINETIX. This exciting opportunity involves providing comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced setting, conducting thorough health assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and continuously evaluating care outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments, identifying normal and abnormal health characteristics, and developing treatment plans.
  • Initiate appropriate care, including laboratory testing, examinations, diagnoses, and treatments for chronic and acute episodic symptoms.
  • Makes rounds in selected hospital systems, reporting to covering physicians for patient necessities.
  • Rotates for Saturday, after-hour coverage, ensuring seamless patient care.
  • Refers to physicians/specialists as needed, collaborating on complex medical cases.
  • Writes prescriptions, performs office procedures within scope of expertise, protocols, and available equipment.
  • Triage patient telephone calls, provides consultation, and educates patients regarding medications and treatments.

**Requirements:** A Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant Studies, with relevant certifications and licenses. At least two years of clinical experience, preferably in oncology, and active Texas Physician Assistant license. **Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 annually, depending on experience.
