Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Nursing to lead our team at our Assisted Living facility in Everett, WA. As a true leader, you will inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional care to our residents. Our organization is committed to creating a positive and culture-focused environment, allowing our clinical staff to provide the best possible experience for our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and direct nursing resources to ensure the best possible care for our residents.
  • Ensure staff have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality care in Skilled Nursing and Long-Term care environments.
  • Assist with staff training and development to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our residents.
Requirements
  • Unencumbered Washington RN license.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a DON, with consideration given to less experienced candidates who demonstrate exceptional leadership skills.
  • Experience with surveys, particularly in Washington state, is preferred.
Benefits
  • Salary of up to $125,000.
  • Medical, dental, vision, life, and STD insurance, as well as a 403(b) plan, available on the 1st of the month after 30 days of employment.
  • Paid vacation, sick days, and holidays.
  • Performance bonuses of up to 10% of base salary.
  • Relocation assistance available for the right candidate.
