About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Tech to join our team at HCA Florida JFK Hospital. As a diagnostic medical sonographer, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures and assisting radiologists in interpreting results. You will work with patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric, and demonstrate competency based on the area of assignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures using advanced equipment and technology
  • Assist radiologists in interpreting results and providing accurate diagnoses
  • Work with patients to ensure their comfort and safety during procedures
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
  • Diagnostic Medical Sonographer certification
  • High School Graduate or equivalent
