Ultrasound Technologist Job Summary

About the Role

HCA Florida JFK Hospital is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team. As an Ultrasound Tech, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care by performing diagnostic procedures using ultrasound technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct diagnostic ultrasound procedures to detect pathology and produce high-quality images.
  • Regulate and maintain ultrasound equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist physicians with ultrasound-guided biopsies and invasive procedures.
  • Transport patients and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Ultrasound program.
  • ARDMS registered and RVT or eligible within six months of hire.
  • One year of experience in performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures.
