Director of Nursing Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced clinical leader to join our team at Touchstone Communities. As a Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for leading our skilled nursing facility and ensuring the highest quality of care for our Veteran community.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of clinical professionals to deliver exceptional care and services
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve positive clinical outcomes and improve patient satisfaction
  • Recruit, train, and develop clinical staff to ensure a positive and productive work environment
Requirements
  • Current RN license with at least 5 years prior experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) as a Director of Nursing
  • Strong history of compliance with state and federal regulations, knowledge of CMS 5 Star Program, and evidence of positive clinical outcomes
  • Ability to teach, educate, motivate, and train clinical team members
  • Positive team spirit and mindset, along with a successful work history
