Medical Director

Touchstone Communities is seeking an experienced clinical leader to join our team at the LAMUN-LUSK-SANCHEZ TEXAS STATE VETERANS HOME in BIG SPRING, TX.

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team and ensure the highest quality of care for our Veteran residents.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Develop and implement effective nursing practices to achieve positive clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Manage and maintain accurate records and reports.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current RN license.
• At least 5 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) as a Director of Nursing.
• Strong knowledge of CMS 5 Star Program and state and federal regulations.
