Job Description

We are seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Technician to join our team at CFA Laser. This role involves operating advanced laser cutting machines, maintaining inventory, and optimizing production workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate Amada or other high-performance laser cutting machines with minimal supervision.
  • Track and maintain inventory of raw materials and remnants, ensuring accurate documentation and labeling.
  • Pick materials for production runs and coordinate material usage to reduce waste and optimize efficiency.
  • Operate a forklift to move large sheets, remnants, and finished products safely and efficiently.
  • Optimize cutting parameters and maintain high-quality standards.
Benefits and Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience. We offer competitive benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience operating laser cutting systems (Amada preferred).
  • Experience with forklift operation and material handling.
  • Proven ability to set up tooling, adjust machine parameters, and maintain accurate inventory records.
