Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of truck care operations, including sales growth, merchandise execution, and team training
  • Supervise and train 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals
  • Effect and decipher budgets and P&L statements, ensuring financial accuracy and making data-driven decisions
  • Manage daily operations, including inventory management, customer service, and facility maintenance
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of retail, restaurant, travel stop, or c-store management experience
  • 2+ years of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million
  • 2+ years of experience supervising and training employees
  • Valid driver's license and ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs on a regular basis
  • Intermediate level PC skills, including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
