LaSalle Network is partnering with a third-generation family-owned business that has been a leading provider of refrigeration and warehouse services since 1948. We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review financial documents, reports, and statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support AP and AR functions, including reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Understand SaaS accounting and GAAP reporting principles to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closures, including account reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
  • Prepare and review audit schedules to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain the fixed asset system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the accounting team.
