Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow our personal lines business, focusing on high net worth clients.
  • Analyze industry trends and collaborate with our team to enhance our offerings and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance company underwriters, negotiating and submitting risk proposals to secure coverage for our clients.
  • Support our producers with critical pre-underwriting information, policy analysis, and presentation preparation to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, specifically in high net worth personal lines.
  • Property & Casualty License.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to craft clear reports and presentations.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on evaluating solutions and making informed decisions.
  • Confidence and professionalism in interacting with clients, producers, and underwriters at all levels.
