Key Responsibilities:- Environmental Monitoring: Conduct regular environmental monitoring activities to ensure a clean and safe working environment, including non-viable particulate testing, active air viable monitoring, passive air viable monitoring, surface viable monitoring, and personnel monitoring.
- Equipment Monitoring: Ensure that all laboratory equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and functioning correctly, and assist with routine laboratory testing and plate reads.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all laboratory activities, including environmental monitoring results, equipment maintenance records, and quality control data.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and research and development, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to junior laboratory staff on laboratory procedures, quality control protocols, and safety procedures.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a strong background in environmental monitoring and quality control.
- Skills: Proficient in computer software, including Microsoft Office and MODA/LIMS; strong written and oral communication skills; ability to work in a team-oriented environment and with clients.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to maintain aseptic behavior within a cleanroom environment for extended periods; physically capable of standing, walking, sitting, bending, stretching, and using hands to handle or feel objects.
