Packaging Checks:
The QC Lab Technician will perform line checks on packaging and verify up to 100 batches, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Batch Adjustments:
They will recommend and calculate adjustments for 50 batches, utilizing their analytical skills to optimize product quality.

Raw Materials Analysis:
The candidate will analyze incoming raw materials for 50 received orders, ensuring they meet quality and regulatory requirements.

Equipment Calibration:
They will manage calibration of lab equipment used for monitoring product and process characteristics, ensuring accuracy and precision.

Wastewater Monitoring:
The QC Lab Technician will monitor and record wastewater tank readings, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

Product Development:

The successful candidate will support scale-up of new product introductions from lab to production, and assist in at least one new product development project.


Compliance:
They will ensure basic security awareness, hazmat training, and adherence to product development processes, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education:
A minimum of a 2-year degree is required, with 2-3 years of quality control experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with CGMP and FDA regulations, basic understanding of raw material locations and product development processes, hazmat training, and basic security awareness are essential. Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, is also required.

Practical Skills:
The ideal candidate will have the ability to perform line checks, lab verifications, and equipment calibrations, with strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
