Treatment Team Member Opportunity

MTR Treatment Corp is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Case Manager to join our treatment team. This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and support to clients.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting intakes and assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual and group counseling sessions to support clients in their recovery journey. They will also be expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, collaborate with the clinical team, and contribute to the overall success of our treatment program.

Job Summary

As a Clinical Case Manager, you will play a critical role in helping clients achieve their goals and overcome challenges related to addiction and mental health. You will work closely with our clinical team to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care that meets their unique needs and promotes long-term recovery.

Responsibilities
  • Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide counseling sessions and support groups to promote recovery and well-being
