Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the center, ensuring effective delivery of ABA services.
- Direct supervision of client sessions and staff management.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate the suitability of center-based services for clients.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director to ensure compliance with clinical standards and high-quality service delivery.
- Provide training for parents of clients receiving center-based services.
- Maintain communication with parents and caregivers regarding their children's progress.
- Manage a small caseload while ensuring the center operates smoothly during business hours.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and an active PA Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in good standing.
- A Master's degree from an accredited ABA program or equivalent qualifications is required.
- Demonstrated technical proficiency in ABA practices.
- A collaborative team player with a commitment to making a significant impact in a growing agency.
- Preferred: 1 year of supervisory experience in a clinical environment.
- Willingness to work within standard operating hours.
