About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Surgical Sales Representative to join our team at Fallstaff Search Inc. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for selling a physician-preferred product in the OR and driving business growth in the Maryland/DC market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell a physician-preferred product in the OR to hospitals and medical facilities in the Maryland/DC market
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the market
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience selling a physician-preferred product into the OR
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Strong relationships within the hospitals in the Maryland/DC market
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Self-motivated and results-driven individual
