Required Qualifications:
  • Must be available to work on-site in Juno Beach, FL;
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in change management within a relevant industry (e.g., technology, healthcare, finance);
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience;
  • Proven track record in developing and executing change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training;
  • Possession of professional certifications such as Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent;
  • Familiarity with tools and platforms that facilitate change management, including project management software and communication tools;
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs tailored to support organizational transitions;
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of change management strategies to ensure effective adoption of new processes and technologies;
  • Analyze the impact of organizational changes on systems, processes, and personnel, and formulate strategies to mitigate associated risks;
  • Develop comprehensive communication and training plans to facilitate smooth transitions and keep all stakeholders informed;
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders to secure their engagement and support throughout the change process;
  • Continuously monitor the progress of change initiatives, assess their effectiveness, and implement necessary adjustments to achieve successful outcomes;
  • Guide and mentor a team of change management professionals, providing leadership and support to ensure the effective implementation of change strategies;
  • Ensure alignment of all change management activities with organizational objectives and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
