Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide polite and timely service to pet owners in person and over the phone, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Scheduling and Organization: Schedule and confirm appointments, maintain accurate records, and provide estimates and invoices for payment.
- Communication and Empathy: Respond with compassion and empathy in stressful and emotional situations, providing support and guidance to clients.
- Product Knowledge: Educate clients on wellness plans, food, and products sold in the waiting room, promoting our services and products.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform opening and closing procedures, end-of-day reports, and deposits, ensuring accurate and timely financial management.
- Data Entry: Accurately record client information, questionnaires, referral details, and other relevant data.
- Patient Admissions: Ensure patients are weighed and all information is up-to-date, maintaining accurate records.
- Experience: Prior experience in a veterinary or customer service role is ideal.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- Time Management: Proficient time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Teamwork: Enthusiastic team player with a positive and patient attitude, able to work collaboratively with the veterinary team.
