Compensation: $22/Hour to $23/Hour
Payment Schedule: Biweekly
Work Hours: 40 Hours/Week
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
The Property Management Assistant plays a crucial role in enhancing client satisfaction and retention by fostering resident relations through consistent communication and follow-up throughout the property management process. This position involves maintaining excellent resident interactions while assisting the Property Manager with inquiries related to maintenance requests, rent payments, scheduling inspections, lease renewals, and more.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all tenant communications.
- Maintain accurate records in property management software for all maintenance requests, ensuring timely completion of work orders within estimated costs.
- Assist the Property Manager with the lease renewal process.
- Coordinate the Move-In and Move-Out procedures with tenants.
- Prepare Notices and other routine correspondence as directed by the Property Manager.
- Respond to and follow up with prospective residents interested in available properties.
- Communicate with residents throughout the rent collection process.
- Assist in preparing Security Deposit Dispositions in compliance with state laws and company policies.
- Draft leases, ensuring all necessary addendums and attachments are included before presenting them for tenant signatures.
- Ensure all property and tenant information is accurately documented in property management software.
- Maintain all communications within property management software to ensure that up-to-date information is accessible to all team members.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications for Success:
- Valid Driver's License in GA.
- Preferred experience in residential property management.
- Operational vehicle required for job duties.
