Job Description

The University of Kentucky is seeking a talented Clinical Research Nurse II to join our research team. As a member of the Division of Pediatric Research, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing research studies, ensuring participant safety and adherence to regulatory standards.

About the Team

You will work closely with experienced researchers, clinicians, and administrators to advance knowledge and improve patient care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a passion for research and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop research protocols, collaborating with investigators and stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Conduct site visits, monitor study progress, and address any issues that arise.
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must hold a current RN license and at least 5 years of experience in clinical research. A BSN degree and certification in a relevant area are strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The University of Kentucky offers a competitive salary range of $57,158-94,286/year, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting high-quality research. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as retirement plans.
